NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT AND RE-ISSUE OF AGENDA Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council

Due to an administrative oversight, the published agenda for the forthcoming Annual

General Meeting of the Parish Council did not include the required item for the Election of Chair and Vice Chair.

To ensure compliance with statutory requirements and proper governance, the Annual Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 5thMay has been postponed.

A revised agenda, including all required business, will be re-issued and the meeting reconvened as follows:

Time: 1830 hours
Location: West Meon Village Hall

The updated agenda will be published in accordance with the required notice period.
