Grants Awarded by West Meon Parish Council

West Meon Parish Council supports local organisations and community groups through a small grants programme.

Grants are awarded to organisations that provide services, activities or facilities which benefit the residents of the parish. This may include support for community events, local facilities, charitable activities, or projects that enhance the wellbeing of the community.

All grant applications are considered by the Parish Council at a formal meeting and are awarded in accordance with the Council’s agreed budget and powers.

Below is a list of grants and donations awarded by the Parish Council in 2025/26:-

  • West Meon & Warnford Parochial Church Council (November 2025 minute ref 2511-10)
  • Meon Valley Community Bus (November 2025 minute ref 2511-10)
  • Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal (November 2025 minute ref 2511-10)

The Council aims to ensure that public funds are used responsibly and transparently, and all grants awarded are recorded in the Council’s minutes and financial reports.
