Budget & Precept

Budgets & Precept

The Parish Council sets an annual budget and precept to fund its activities and services. The budget is agreed by the Council each year, and the precept is the amount requested from the District Council to be collected as part of Council Tax.

Current position

The Parish Council is in the process of setting its budget and precept for 2026/27. Formal approval will take place at a meeting of the Council in line with the agreed timetable.

Once approved:

  • the agreed budget will be published here; and

  • the precept information, including the Band D figure, will be made available.

Previous years

Information relating to previous budgets and precept decisions can be found in the published meeting minutes and accounts, or is available on request from the Clerk.
